Personally, I enjoy a good workout at the local YMCA a few days a week. During the summer I ride my bicycle quite a bit (I set a goal of 2000km).

I volunteer once a week with the kids karate class at the YMCA.

What else... I like horror-suspense movies. I don't have a favourite colour. I was born in July and wish Canada had more than just three months of summer. I like a wide variety of music genras.

Now, I'm supposed to use this space to tell you a bit about me. When the written word isn't your forte this can be very challenging,

I don't have some deep, life changing beliefs when it comes to graphic design. I simply say, keep your mind and your eyes open. You can find beauty in everything.

I graduated from Graphic Design at Fanshwe College (London, ON) in 1999, and Multi-Media Design in 2000.

I've been working for the London Free Press since then and have also done a bit of freelance (probono and contests) work.
